• Automated blog post creation using AI models (OpenAI GPT-5, GPT-5 Mini, GPT-5 Nano, Anthropic Claude Sonnet 4.5, Claude Opus 4.1, and Claude 3 series)
• WordPress integration and automatic publishing
• Image generation with OpenAI GPT Image 1 Mini
• SEO optimization and content analytics
• API access for developers

To use BlogFlux.ai, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years old
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. A credit card is required to start your trial, but you won't be charged during the trial period.

Paid Plans: After the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using BlogFlux.ai.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payments are processed through Stripe.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds: We do not offer refunds for partial months of service.

You agree not to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
• Use BlogFlux.ai to create spam, malware, or phishing content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent our security measures
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization
• Abuse our API or exceed rate limits
• Generate content that infringes copyrights or trademarks
• Use the service for adult, violent, or hateful content

Your Content: You retain all rights to content you generate using BlogFlux.ai. We claim no ownership over your output.

License to Us: You grant us a limited license to process and store your content to provide the service.

AI-Generated Content: AI-generated content may not be unique. We cannot guarantee that content is original or free from copyright claims.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• BlogFlux.ai is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for content accuracy, quality, or legal compliance
